		<description>The definition of a double dip recession is when gross domestic product (GDP) growth returns to being negative after a quarter or two of positive growth. A double-dip recession refers to a recession followed by a short-lived recovery, followed by another recession.

I think a volatile double dip is not likely, yes we may have a negative movement, but it will not be as large as the first one.  It could be flat for awhile - flat prices are not necessarily a bad thing.</description>
